Path #1: Strategy Reset

How it works
We start with an in-depth 90-min one-on-one consulting call to identify current bottlenecks and places of friction in your business. We evaluate which processes, workflows and customer experiences may have to improve to bring more flow and ease into your business and which systems will support this flow.
Then we look at the road ahead: where do you want to take your business in the next 1 – 3 years. Where are the best opportunities for growth, where may you have to prune your business, and which processes and systems will support continuous, sustainable growth.
Based on our initial conversation I will create a roadmap for you that outlines the steps you need to take to meet your goals. We meet for a 30-minute session to review the roadmap and discuss implementation.
After 4 weeks we meet again for a 60-min call to review your progress, identify roadblocks and evaluate alternative routes.
For 4 weeks, between our initial call and final review, you have unlimited access to me for feedback, quick check-ins and questions about next steps.

How it works
Strategy+Flow is a monthly retainer that provides you with strategic guidance and hands-on project management for sustainable business growth and increased impact.
We kick off each month with a 60-min strategy call to re-align with your overall vision and to clarify goals for the coming month, steps we need to take to get there, and a doable timeline.
After each call I put together a detailed project management plan. Then I roll up my own sleeves and get things done. Weekly check-ins via email ensure that we stay on track and remove bottlenecks as they come up.
We will manage all our tasks in Notion, which I will set up as our central hub for all our call recordings, action plans, team tasks, and links to Google docs, spreadsheets, etc.
During the month you have unlimited access to me via email for quick feedback when you are stuck, when you are uncertain how to move forward or just need an answer to a specific question.

When that happens, our first step will be to clarify your needs and requirements, evaluate the scope of the project ahead and identify the type and level of expertise you need.
Then it’s time to call in the experts.
I will pick the best people from my experts collective and bring them on board for a special taskforce that will take care of the big project. I provide project management support, they do their specialty work. Once the work is done, the taskforce dissolves. From first clarity session to handing things over to you, no more than six to eight weeks. Transition done. You can begin to flow again.
